I currently work as the Director of User Experience for GoHealth's digital products. My current role is to guide the design team in concepting, wireframing, designing and prototyping new and existing products.
From ideation to creation, I’m involved in the whole process. Understanding the problem, the intended outcome, producing product requirements, sketches, wireframes, prototypes, visual design and Q&A. To truly build a rock solid user experience, a designer needs to understand the product in its’ entirety and also what limitations might be in place. I’ve grown to love all the pieces of product design and it is why I have pointed my career compass in that direction.
In my free time, I love to code (gasp!)……in fact, this website was built with a copy of sublime text and a bunch of coffee. When I’m not coding or messing around with a new prototyping tool, you can find me snowboarding, hiking, playing golf, being an uncle, entertaining the cutest dog you’ve ever seen and watching my beloved Cleveland Cavaliers fall short WIN IT ALL!
